Rectangle Circle develops and operates AI-powered creative tools and games. Our current products include:
- Moodyboards.ai — An AI-powered moodboard generator for brand development
- DayTape — A voice-first capture app for people with ADHD
- Text Invaders — A retro arcade typing game
- Tattoo AI — An AI-powered tattoo design tool
Each product may have additional terms that apply to your use of that specific service.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of our products, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
5. Payments, Billing, and Cancellation
Some of our services require payment. By purchasing a subscription or service:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us to charge your payment method
- Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel
- You may cancel at any time and will keep access through the end of your current billing period
- Fees already billed and credits already used are non-refundable, except where required by law (for example, statutory withdrawal rights for digital purchases in the EU/UK)
Payment processing is handled securely through our payment partners.
6. Intellectual Property
Our services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rectangle Circle and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. User Content and Uploads
You retain ownership of content you upload or create using our services. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own it or have all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to use it. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and use your content solely as necessary to provide the service (for example, generating images conditioned on your moodboard). You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates the rights of others, and we may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8. AI-Generated Content
Images and other outputs you generate using our AI tools are yours to use, including for commercial purposes, with no attribution required. Because AI output is probabilistic, it may contain errors, and we do not guarantee that any output is unique, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Upload content you do not own or have the rights to use
- Upload or generate content that is infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit, or that sexually exploits minors
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape, reverse-engineer, or bypass usage limits or payment
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Violate the rights of others
10. Reporting and Takedown
If you believe content on our services is infringing or violates these Terms, please report it using the contact form in the relevant app or by emailing us (see "Contact Us" below) with details and the location of the content. We review and act on valid reports promptly.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rectangle Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
