Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
Rectangle Circle ("Company", "we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our websites and products.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the product you use, we may collect:
- Account Information: Email address and name when you create an account
- Payment Information: Processed securely through our payment partners (we do not store payment details)
- Usage Data: How you interact with our products to improve our services
- Content: Information you provide when using our products (e.g., prompts, generated content)
- Photos and camera data: In apps that transform images, the photos you take or choose. These are used to produce the result you asked for and are covered in section 4.
- Device and advertising identifiers: In apps supported by advertising, an advertising identifier and general device information (device model, operating system version, coarse location derived from IP address). See section 5.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain our services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send technical notices and support messages
- Respond to your comments and questions
- Improve our products and develop new features
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- With the service providers listed below, who process data on our behalf
- To comply with legal obligations
- To protect our rights and safety
- With your consent
Our service providers are:
- PostHog — product analytics
- Google AdMob — advertising in ad-supported apps
- Railway — hosting for the servers our apps talk to
- fal.ai, and the model providers it routes to (including xAI and Google) — AI image processing
- Apple — payment processing for in-app purchases and subscriptions
4. Photos and AI Processing
Some of our apps transform a photo using an AI image model. When you ask for that transformation:
- The photo is sent over an encrypted connection to a server we operate, which forwards it to a third-party AI provider (currently fal.ai, which routes to providers including xAI and Google) together with the style instruction.
- The result is returned to your device and saved locally, on your phone. We do not keep a copy of your photos or the results on our servers after the request completes, and we do not use your photos to train any model.
- We cannot control how a third-party AI provider handles data beyond their published terms. If that matters to you, do not upload photos you would not want processed by a third party.
- Deleting a photo inside the app deletes it from your device. Because we do not retain a copy, there is nothing further for us to delete.
5. Advertising and Tracking
Some of our apps are free to use and supported by advertising through Google AdMob. In those apps:
- AdMob may collect an advertising identifier and device information in order to serve and measure ads. Google's own privacy policy governs what it does with that data: policies.google.com/privacy.
- On iOS, we ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any advertising identifier is used. You can decline, and the app works exactly the same. Declining means the ads you see are less relevant, not that you see more of them.
- Where an app offers a paid subscription, subscribing removes advertising from that app.
- We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under California law. If you are in a jurisdiction with an opt-out right, email us at the address in section 12 and we will honour it.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Object to processing
- Export your data
These rights exist under the GDPR in the UK and EEA and under the CCPA/CPRA in California, among others. To exercise any of them, email us at the address in section 13. We will not charge you or degrade your service for asking.
9. Third-Party Services
Our products may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
10. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including privacy-focused product analytics (via PostHog), to understand how our products are used and to improve them. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential analytics cookies — you can decline, and essential functionality will still work. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
11. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, as those terms are used in the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our ad-supported apps are not intended for children and are not listed in any children's category. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website.
